Shipping policy

1. Shipping Summary

Region: United States (excluding P.O. Boxes for large freight items)

Cost: Free Standard Shipping on all orders.

Delivery Time: 3 to 9 business days (Total time including handling and transit).

2. Shipping Process To provide the best selection, we ship directly from our partner fulfillment centers across the United States.

Multiple Shipments: If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate boxes at different times.

Tracking: You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.

3. Delivery Issues

Delayed Packages: If your order has not arrived within 9 business days, please contact us.

Missing Items: Report any missing components within 30 days of delivery.

Damage: Please inspect your package upon arrival. If the box is visibly damaged, note it on the carrier’s delivery receipt and contact us within 48 hours.

4. Address Accuracy We are not responsible for lost shipments due to incorrect addresses entered at checkout. If a package is returned to the warehouse due to an address error, a reshipment fee may apply.
