Shipping policy

1. Shipping Summary

Region: All 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. (P.O. Boxes cannot be used for large freight items.)

Cost: Free Standard Shipping on every order — no minimum, no surcharge.

Delivery Time: 3 to 7 business days, including handling and transit. Deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii may require additional transit time; we will confirm the schedule with you directly.

2. Complimentary White-Glove In-Home Setup

Every CERAGEM massage bed and massage chair includes in-home setup at no additional charge. Most retailers charge $200–$400 for this service. We include it on every order.

What's included: Our trained delivery team brings your CERAGEM into your home, positions it in the room of your choice, and confirms it is fully operational before they leave.

Scheduling: Once your order ships, our delivery team will contact you to arrange a delivery window that works for you.

Other products: Items outside the CERAGEM line ship via standard parcel or curbside freight. If you would like in-home setup on one of these, contact us before ordering and we will let you know what is available.

3. Shipping Process

To provide the best selection, we ship directly from our partner fulfillment centers across the United States.

Multiple Shipments: If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate boxes at different times.

Tracking: You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.

4. Delivery Issues

Delayed Packages: If your order has not arrived within 9 business days, please contact us.

Missing Items: Report any missing components within 30 days of delivery.

Damage: Please inspect your package upon arrival. If the box is visibly damaged, note it on the carrier’s delivery receipt and contact us within 48 hours.

5. Address Accuracy

We are not responsible for lost shipments due to incorrect addresses entered at checkout. If a package is returned to the warehouse due to an address error, a reshipment fee may apply.
